Plan once. Stay consistent everywhere.
Write a post, tailor it for each platform and pick a time. Postzen publishes it to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Pages and Threads on schedule, and tells you if anything fails.
No credit card required.
One week of posts across five platforms. Each platform has its own lane, each post sits on its lane at the time it publishes, and a line marking the current time moves across the week. Posts change from scheduled to published as it passes. One post to X fails, says why, and publishes on retry.
One post. Five platforms.
Connect X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Pages and Threads once. From then on every post knows where it is going.
One scheduled post branching out to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Threads, each shown with its character limit.
Why Postzen
Writing the post takes ten minutes. Getting it onto five platforms, on time, every week, takes the rest of the afternoon.
The usual weekFive tabs, five logins and the same post pasted five times.
The same week in PostzenOne composer. Write once, then adjust each platform's version.
The usual weekA post cut off mid-sentence because X stops at 280 characters.
The same week in PostzenA preview and a live character count for every platform before you schedule.
The usual weekA phone alarm to remind you to post at 9:30.
The same week in PostzenPick the time once. It publishes whether or not you are at your desk.
The usual weekA post that never went out, discovered a week later.
The same week in PostzenA failed post says why it failed and can be sent again in one click.
Stuck on a draft? Ask for a second version.
The writing assistant drafts from a rough idea, rewrites what you have, shortens it or changes the tone. Nothing is published until you schedule it.
2.4 launch: offline mode, faster search, thank the beta testers
Fernhill 2.4 is out today. The two things you asked for most are in it. Offline mode: your notes open and save without a connection, then sync when you are back. And a rebuilt search that returns results as you type, even across a few thousand notes. Thank you to everyone who tested the beta and told us where it broke.
See the week, or step back to the month.
Every post sits on the calendar at the time it publishes and is in one of four states, so nothing goes missing without telling you.
- Draft
- Still being written. It keeps its place on the calendar so the slot is not forgotten.
- Scheduled
- Has a date and a time. Postzen publishes it for you when that time comes.
- Published
- It went out. You can see where and when.
- Failed
- It did not go out, and it says why. Fix the cause and send it again.
X account needs reconnecting
A week calendar from Monday 12 to Sunday 18 October holding seven posts at their publishing times: two published, four scheduled and one draft.
Write it once. Tailor it for each platform.
Every platform gets its own version, with a preview and a live character count. Try it here: edit the post, add a platform and see what fits.

Four steps from a new account to a published post.
- Step 1
Connect
Link the accounts you post from: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, a Facebook Page, Threads. You do it once.
- Step 2
Create
Write the post, or pick up an idea from the board. Adjust the version for each platform.
- Step 3
Schedule
Pick a date and a time. The post takes its place on the calendar.
- Step 4
Publish
Postzen publishes it on time. If something fails, it tells you why and you can retry.
The rest of what a publishing week needs.
The planning, the writing and the publishing live in the same place, so there is one thing to open.
- Every account in one place
- Connect up to 15 accounts across the five platforms and choose, post by post, where each one goes.
- Idea board
- Keep rough ideas in one place until they are ready to become posts.
- Four post states
- Draft, scheduled, published or failed. You can always tell which one a post is in.
- Failed-post retry
- A post that fails tells you what went wrong and can be sent again.
- Previews and character limits
- Check how a post reads on each platform, and whether it fits, before you schedule it.
- Automatic publishing
- Scheduled posts go out on time without you opening the app.

Questions, answered.
Integrations, scheduling, the writing assistant and pricing.
Which platforms can I publish to?
X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Pages and Threads: 5 in all. Posting to X is part of the Creator and Pro plans.
Do I have to be online when a post goes out?
No. Once a post has a date and a time, Postzen publishes it then, without the app being open.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
It is marked as failed on the calendar along with the reason, such as an account that needs reconnecting. Fix the cause and retry it.
Can each platform get a different version of the same post?
Yes. You write the post once and adjust the version for each platform. Each one has its own preview and character count.
What does the writing assistant do?
It drafts a post from a rough idea, rewrites or shortens a draft and changes its tone. Requests use monthly credits: 20 on Free, 300 on Creator, 1,500 on Pro. You review everything before it is scheduled.
How much does Postzen cost?
Free is $0 a month and covers 2 connected accounts and 10 scheduled posts a month. Prices for Creator and Pro will be announced at launch.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up with an email address or a Google, LinkedIn or X account and stay on the Free plan for as long as it suits you.
Make consistency the easy part.
Plan next week in one sitting. Postzen publishes it, one post at a time, while you do everything else.
